This Decree stipulates the act of violation, the sanctioning form, the sanctioning level and remedial measures applicable to administrative violations, the sanctioning competence and the competence to make written records of administrative violations. Livestock breeds (including aquatic breeds), livestock feeds and aquatic products.

1. This Decree applies to organizations and individuals committing acts of administrative violation in the domain of livestock breeds, animal feeds and aquatic products on the Vietnamese territory.

2. Organizations defined in Clause 1 of this Article include:

a / Economic organizations set up under the provisions of the Enterprise Law include: private enterprises, joint-stock companies, limited liability companies and partnerships;

b / Economic organizations set up under the provisions of the Law on Cooperatives, including cooperatives and unions of cooperatives;

c / Economic organizations set up under the Investment Law include domestic investors, foreign investors and foreign-invested economic organizations;

d / Public non-business units and other organizations according to law provisions.

3. Individuals specified in Clause 1 of this Article are subjects other than those defined in Clause 2 of this Article.

This Decree takes effect June 22, 2018.
