Circular amending and supplementing the implementation of Rules of Origin in the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the Eurasian Economic Union

The procedures for granting and checking certificates of origin shall comply with the provisions of Appendix I to the Finance Ministry's Circular No. 21/2016 / TT-BCT; Decree No. 31/2018 / ND-CP of March 8, 2018 detailing the Law on Foreign Trade Management on goods origin and Circular No. 05/2018 / TT-BCT of April 3, 2018 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the origin of goods.
