- Decree 27/2007/ND-CP dated 23/02/2007 of Government on financial electronic transaction.
- Decree 08/2015/ND-CP dated 21/01/2015 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Customs Law on customs procedures for goods electronic export and import trade.
- Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC dated 25/03/2015 specified electronic customs procedures for export and import trade.
- Circular 274/2016/TT-BTC on the rate, collection, submission, management and use of the customs fees and the charges on goods and vehicles in transit.
