Legal basis of the Procedure	Customs Law No. 54/2014/QH13 dated June 23, 2014. Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP of the Government dated January 21, 2015 providing specific provisions and guidance on enforcement of the Customs Law regarding customs procedures, examination, supervision and control procedures. Decree 68/2016/ND-CP dated July 1st, 2016 of the Government regulations on conditions for duty-free business, warehouses, sites for customs clearance, customs inspection and supervision
Processing time	Within a permitted period of 05 working days the General Department of Customs shall issue a written approval for relocation

Process Steps

Step 1	The enterprise shall submit the dossier to the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
Step 2	The General Department of Vietnam Customs shall examine the real condition (GDVC may assign the Provincial Customs Department to check).
Step 3	The General Department of Vietnam Customs shall decide.
Step 4	Results shall be informed to the enterprise through electronic post.
