Article 1. Amendments to some Article of the Government's Decree No. 218/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 26, 2013 on elaboration of the Law on Corporate income tax, Article 1 of the Government's Decree No. 91/2014/NĐ-CP dated October 01, 2014 on amendments to Decrees on taxation.

This Decree takes effect from the effective date of the Law on Amendments to tax laws dated November 26, 2014.
