Process Steps

Bước 1:	Enterprise sents documents by mail to the Ministry of Industry and Trade - 54 Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
Bước 2	MOIT checks the validity and completeness of records. If the dossier is incomplete, invalid, Ministry notified by telephone or in writing to the trader to complete the dossier
Bước 3	MOIT l verify the content records. If the records meet the conditions, for a period of, the Ministry of Industry and Trade to issue license within 10 working days. If the profile does not meet the conditions for the license, the Ministry of Industry and Trade to reply in writing to the enterprise
Bước 4	Enterprise receives written authorization by mail.

Remark: Abolish this administrative procedure, as stipulated in the Amended Decree amending the Decree 167/2016/ND-CP as follows: Article 5 (Decision 1408/QĐ-BCT dd Apr 27, 2018)
