This Decree prescribes the collection of information, medical declaration, medical examination and medical treatment of persons and means of transport on entry, exit and transit as well as import, Vietnamese transit and bodies, remains (including ashes), medical micro samples, bio-products, tissues and organs of the transporters across Vietnam's borders; supervise and control contagious diseases at border gates; border health quarantine and responsibility in the implementation of border medical 

This Decree takes effect on August 10, 2018.
