Process Steps

Step 1	Enterprise sents documents by mail to the Ministry of Industry and Trade - 54 Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
Step 2	MOIT checks the validity and completeness of records. If the dossier is incomplete, invalid, Ministry notified by telephone or in writing to the trader to complete the dossier
Step 3	MOIT l verify the content records. If the records meet the conditions, for a period of, the Ministry of Industry and Trade to issue license within 10 working days. If the profile does not meet the conditions for the license, the Ministry of Industry and Trade to reply in writing to the enterprise
Step 4	Enterprise receives written authorization by mail.
