New regulations on export dossiers of minerals for building materials
This is a prominent feature in the Circular No. 05/2018/TT-BXD guiding the export of minerals for building materials (construction materials) issued by the Minister of Construction.
Accordingly, Circular 05 no longer details the composition of the export of minerals for building materials as stipulated in Article 5 of Circular 04/2012/TT-BXD dated 20/9/2012.

Instead, the dossier on the export of minerals for building materials will be applied in accordance with the law on customs and foreign trade management in accordance with the current foreign trade law.

In addition, the List, specifications and technical norms of minerals for building materials for export in Appendix I issued with this Circular are also different from those of Circular 04/2012/TT-BXD, For example:

- White silicon as raw materials for building materials according to the new regulations must have particle size = <1.0 mm;

- Adding specifications and technical standards of smooth or super fine quartz sand, blocks of stone and construction stone.

Circular 05/2018/TT-BXD is effective from 15/8/2018.
