1. Simplified specialized examination procedures

This is an important content in Resolution 104 / NQ-CP on the results of the Government's regular meeting in July 2018.

Accordingly, the Government requires ministries and specialized agencies to quickly implement the following measures to simplify the specialized inspection procedures and business conditions:

- The reform must be real, overcome the current inadequacies.

- Strongly apply information technology, minimize costs for people, businesses and society

2. Reduction of export goods subject to specialized inspection under the responsibility of BCA

This is one of the contents stipulated in Decision 4513 / QD-BCA-V03 on simplification and reduction of business conditions under the Ministry of Public Security.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Security will remove from the list of goods, specialized testing products: 60 kinds of products, goods; Cutting rate is 92.31%. Specifically:

- For fire prevention and fighting: To remove from the list of goods and specialized inspection products: 48 kinds of products and goods, the reduction rate shall be 80%.

- Regarding technical equipment: The Ministry of Public Security shall not reduce the products and goods in this area to 0%.

- Regarding weapons, explosive materials and support instruments: To remove from the list of goods and specialized inspection products for products and goods in this domain, the reduction rate shall be 100. %.

Decision 4513 / QD-BCA-V03 is effective from 15/8/2018.

- Drastic implementation of Directive No.20/CT-TTg;

- Promptly issue simple plans, cut down the list of specialized inspection goods and business conditions by August 15, 2018
