Simple procedure for issuing GXN sufficient fire prevention and fighting
This is highlighted in Decision 4513 / QD-BCA-V03 on simplification and reduction of business conditions under the Ministry of Public Security.
Accordingly, the dossiers for carrying out the procedures for certifying the registration of fire prevention and fighting services are simplified as follows:

- The component of a copy of the business registration certificate or business registration certificate of the enterprise shall be annulled, the basis for the procedure for granting a business registration certificate.

- Removing authenticated copies or copies accompanied by originals to compare business registration certificates or GCNs registered for operation of enterprises or establishments after making changes to the following cases:

Enterprises and business establishments change their names, heads, representatives at law or change their business locations or business lines when conducting the change procedures.

- Removed information on "ID card / Passport No.: .... issued by ... ... dated ... / ... / ...; Registered place of permanent residence "and supplement the personal identification number of the place of residence (in case other than the place of permanent residence registration) in Form PC21 of Circular 66/2014 / TT-BCA.

- Amended to supplement the list of areas where enterprises have business needs in Form PC22 of Circular 66.

Decision 4513 / QD-BCA-V03 is effective from 15/8/2018.
