To adjust the assignment of specialized inspection tasks for a number of products and goods imported before customs clearance under the scope of State management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, specifically as follows:

1. The Plant Protection Department:

a / Concurrently quarantine and inspect the quality of imported plant and animal feeds prior to customs clearance according to the provisions of law.

b / Carrying out quarantine and insect quarantine according to the provisions of law.

2. The Veterinary Medicine Department: To simultaneously quarantine and inspect the quality of animal feeds and animal feeds of imported animal origin before customs clearance according to the provisions of law.
