New list of goods group 2 managed by Ministry of Information and Communications
Recently, the Ministry of Information and Communications issued Circular No. 04/2018 / TT-BTTTT on the list of potentially unsafe products and goods (group 2) under the responsibility of the Ministry of Information and Communications. Whereby:
The list of ICT products and goods subject to compulsory certification of technical-regulation conformity and regulation conformity is provided in Appendix I.

The list of ICT products subject to compulsory announcement is provided in Annex II.

The quality management of Group 2 products shall be carried out in accordance with regulations on technical regulation conformity certification and announcement, and relevant technical regulations and standards.

In cases where new technical regulations or standards are amended or replaced according to technical regulations and standards specified in this list of group-2 products and goods, new technical regulations and standards shall apply.

In case of discrepancy between the provisions in technical regulation and this Circular on technical regulation conformity certification or announcement, the provisions of this Circular shall apply.

Circular 42/2016 / TT-BTTTT expires on the effective date of Circular No. 04/2018 / TT-BTTTT (July 1, 2015).
