The Circular stipulates the list of potentially unsafe products and goods under the State management responsibility of the Ministry of Communications and Transport.

This Circular provides for:

1. The list of potentially unsafe products and goods shall fall under the State management responsibility of the Ministry of Communications and Transport.

2. Commodity code (HS) for the list of products and goods.

This Circular takes effect on September 15, 2018 and replaces Circular No. 39/2016 / TT-BGTVT of December 6, 2016 of the Minister of Communications and Transport promulgating the list of products, Goods that are likely to cause unsafety belong to the State management responsibility of the Ministry of Communications and Transport.
