To amend and supplement 05 decrees on investment and business conditions
On 17/9/2018, the Government issued Decree No. 123/2018 / ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of decrees on conditions for investment and business in the agriculture sector.
- Amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 66/2016 / ND-CP of July 1,

+ Conditions for production and trading of plant protection drugs;

+ Conditions for the organization practicing the treatment of articles subject to plant epidemiology control;

+ Conditions for organizing the assay of plant protection drugs.

- Amendment, supplementation and abolishment of some articles of Decree No. 35/2016 / ND-CP dated 15/5/2016 detailing some articles of Veterinary Law.

- Amending, supplementing and repealing some articles of Decree No. 39/2017 / ND-CP dated 04/4/2017 on the management of animal feeds and fisheries.

- Revision and abolishment of some articles of Decree 69/2010 / ND-CP dated 21 June 2010 on biosafety of genetically modified organisms, genetic specimens and products of modified organisms. gen.

- To amend and supplement Clause 1, Article 12 of Decree No. 181/2013 / ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Advertising Law.

Decree 123/2018 / ND-CP is effective from the date of signing.
