Reporting regime of traders exporting rice
The Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular 30/2018/TT-BCT detailing some articles of Decree 107/2018/ND-CP on rice export business.
Accordingly, the types of reports that traders must export rice include:
- Report on the signing and performance of rice export contracts, made according to the form set in Appendix I of Circular 30 on the 20th day of each month.
- Report on the actual quantity of paddy and rice in stock for each specific category for synthesizing data for the management work, made according to the form provided in Appendix II to Circular No. 30 on a weekly basis.
- To make quarterly reports before the 20th day of the first month of the subsequent quarter, to make annual reports before January 20 of the following year to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, made according to a set form (not printed herein).
- Irregular reports specified in Clause 4, Article 24 of Decree No. 107, at the request of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the situation of export markets, the situation of rice production, the price of rice, the situation of production and business.
Circular 30/2018/TT-BCT takes effect from November 15, 2018
