Promulgated together with this Circular are three (03) national technical standards on environment, including:

QCVN 31: 2018/BTNMT - National technical standard for the environment of iron and steel scrap imported as raw materials for production;

QCVN 32: 2018/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on environment for plastic scrap imported as raw materials for production;

3. QCVN 33: 2018/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on environment for scrap paper imported as raw materials for production.
