Promulgated together with this Circular are three (03) national technical standards on environment, including:

QCVN 65: 2018/BTNMT - National technical standards on environment for imported glass scrap as raw materials for production;

2. QCVN 66: 2018/BTNMT - National technical standards on environment for scrap of non-ferrous metal imported as raw materials for production;

3. QCVN 67: 2018/BTNMT - National technical regulation on the environment of blast furnace slag dust (slag granulated, slag from the iron or steel industry) imported as raw materials for production.
