The Ministry of Industry and Trade has issued a Decision 3720 / QD-BCT on reducing and simplifying business conditions in the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the period of 2019-2020 in eight areas. , Specifically:
- Proposal to cut 79 conditions, simplify 34 conditions in 132 business areas;

- Relocate 08 conditions in 65 business areas of tobacco products, cigarette raw materials, machines and equipment specialized in tobacco;

- Proposal to cut 06 conditions, check 07 conditions in 30 wine business;

- Proposal to cut 07 conditions, simplify 02 conditions, transfer post-check 03 conditions in 49 business registration;

- Proposal to cut 15 conditions, simplify 24 conditions, check 12 conditions in 77 business areas of chemical business;

- Proposed to cut 02 conditions, post-inspection 01 conditional in 13 business areas of manufacture, import, warranty maintenance of cars;

- Proposed to cut 01 condition in 06 business registration of mineral business;

- Proposed to cut 01 condition in 08 business areas of coal trading.

Decision 3720 / QD-BCT is effective from 11/10/2018.
