A dossier of application for a temporary import permit for a car or a motorbike
This is new content in Circular 93/2018/TT-BTC amending Circular 19/2014/TT-BTC issued by Ministry of Finance on 05/10/2018.
Accordingly, the application for a temporary import license (TNK) cars and motorcycles under the new regulations will include:

- 01 original written request for car / motorcycle TNK (according to Appendix I);

- 01 copy and presentation of the original to compare the identity card issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BNG);

- 01 original copy of the certificate of the agency where the applicant works in Vietnam;

- 01 copy and produce the original of the duty-free book (except for cases where it has been updated at the gateway of a national office);

- Proof of ownership of the vehicle;

- 01 original copy of the notice informing the Prime Minister  approving the TNC's exemption of quantitative tax exemption (the General Department of Customs).

Circular  93/2018/TT-BTC takes effect from November 20, 2018
