Revise Circular 28 on the management of international purchases and sales of goods

On 11/9/2018, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgated Circular  26/2018/TT-BVHTTDL amending Circular 28/2014/TT-BVHTTDL regulating management of trading activities of international goods under management specialized culture of the Ministry.

Accordingly, the following abolition may be mentioned:

- Removing "national treasures" from the list of goods banned from export;

- Removing 01 components in the dossiers of application for approval of the contents of plastic works, applied fine art works and imported photographic works.

- To annul the "Authenticated copy of investment certificate or enterprise registration certificate or business registration certificate" at the procedure of approving the contents of imported cinematographic works.

Circular 26/2018/TT-BVHTTDL is effective from 30/10/2018.
