Application for granting permission to import information security products
On 15/10/2018, Ministry of Information and Communications issued Circular No. 13/2018/TT-BTTTT regulating the list of Internet information security products (ATTTM) imported under the license and the order, procedures and dossiers. Importation of ATTTM products.
Accordingly, a dossier of application for a permit for import of a communication technology product comprises the following papers and documents:

- An application for an import permit, made according to a set form;

- A copy of the permit for the sale of information and products;

- A certified copy of a standard or regulation conformity certificate or a standardized work permit (in case the copy is not certified, the original is used for the case);

- A copy of the technical document describing the function of the proposed product (may be in Vietnamese or English).

The dossiers of application for licenses may be submitted directly to the Information Safety Department or submitted via public-utility post services or submitted online (according to the Ministry's online public-service roadmap. TT & TT).

Circular 13/2018/TT-BTTTT is effective from 01/12/2018.
