List of temporary discontinued operations, re-export, transshipment
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce issued Circular 41/2018/TT-BCT regulating the list of discarded materials temporarily suspended for temporary import for re-export.
Accordingly, this list is built on the basis of Vietnam's List of Import and Export Goods, issued together with Circular 65/2017/TT-BTC of June 27, 1977, for the following items: :

- plaster; dry gypsum; gypsum plaster (whether or not calcined gypsum or calcined sulphate), whether or not colored, with or without small amounts of a catalyst or an inhibitor (SKS: 2520).

- chemically defined elements used in electronics, in the form of discs, sheets or the like, chemically compounded in electronics (Code: 3818).

- Recycled paper or paperboard (waste and scrap) (SK Code: 4707).

- Silk waste (including cocoons not suitable for reeling silk, waste yarn and recycled fiber) (Code: 5003) ...

Note: For cases where the 4-digit code is listed, the provisions of the Circular apply to all 8-digit codes belonging to this 4-digit group.

Circular 41/2018/TT-BCT takes effect from December 20, 2018 to December 31, 2019.
