To amend Clause 1 of Article 1 of the Finance Ministry's Circular 95/2018/TT-BTC of October 17, 2008, annulling a number of the Finance Minister's Circulars in the field of import tax and export tax. as follows:
Amending Clause 1, Article 1 of Circular 95/2018/TT-BTC "1. Circular 35/2010/TT-BTC dated March 12, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the export tax on wood and coke produced from all imported materials" into "1. Circular 35/2010/TT-BTC dated March 12, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the export tax on wood and coke produced from imported raw materials".

This Decision takes effect as from 01/12/2018 and is an integral part of Circular 95/2018/TT-BTC dated 17/10/2018 of the Ministry of Finance.
