Guide the reporting regime in law enforcement
On August 31, 2015, the Ministry of Justice issued Circular 10/2015/TT-BTP regulating the reporting regime in the management of law enforcement on handling administrative violations and monitoring the implementation situation. law.
Accordingly, the reporting period, the time of taking data and the time of sending reports shall be as follows:

- Report on management of law enforcement on handling administrative violations

+ Period of reporting: Periodically every 6 months and annually.

+ Time to get data of the report periodically every 06 months from October 1 of the previous year to March 31 of the following year; For the annual report, the time of collecting data is from October 1, the previous year to September 30 of the following year.

+ The report must be sent to the Ministry of Justice no later than 20 days from the date of closing data.

- Report on the monitoring of law enforcement situation

+ Reporting period: Every year.

+ The time of taking the report's data is from October 1 of the previous year to September 30 of the following year.

+ The report must be sent to the Ministry of Justice no later than 15 days from the date of closing data.

Circular 10/2015/TT-BTP takes effect from October 15, 2015.
