Additional subjects must prepare a dossier for compulsory detoxification
On August 18, 2017, the Government issued Decree 97/2017/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 81/2013/ND-CP detailing a number of articles and enforcement measures. Law on handling administrative violations.
Accordingly, adding more subjects must make a dossier to apply measures to take into compulsory detoxification establishments, specifically:
- People who are participating in voluntary detoxification programs at home or in the community;
- People who are taking opioid addiction treatment with alternative medicine.
Thus, those who are participating in community-based drug detoxification programs are no longer outside the scope of those who are documented to apply measures for inclusion in compulsory detoxification facilities.
Besides, the Decree also issued 55 forms of records and decision forms used in handling administrative violations to replace the forms in the Appendix issued together with Decree 81/2013/ND-CP dated 19/19 7/2013.
