The process of handling new denunciations
From November 15, 2013, the procedure for denouncing and denouncing will have more procedures for receiving denunciations and checking the conditions of denunciation, which are specifically guided in Circular 06/2013/TT-TTCP.
Accordingly, the direct accuser is responsible for providing full name and address according to Form No. 01-TC attached to this Circular.

If it is not accepted, the settler must notify in writing the accused.

In case many people denounce with the application, the verification of denunciation content, contact, notice of acceptance, notice of the settlement result will contact the representative of the accuser.

In particular, the circular also has new provisions: publicly concluding the denunciation content (except for information of State secrets).

The Circular takes effect from November 15, 2013, replacing Circular 01/2009/TT-TTCP.
