Process of receiving new citizens
At the end of October 2014, the Government Inspectorate issued the Regulation on the process of receiving new citizens to replace Circular 07/2011/TT-TTCP.
Accordingly, dedicated a chapter to detail the reception of petitioners, reflecting some of the following important contents:

People who receive citizens need to determine the contents of the petitioner's requests and requests, reflect them in order to handle them appropriately when they have a clear and complete presentation of the contents.

In case the citizen presents directly, the receptionist must write fully, honestly and accurately the contents of the petition and reflection.

If many people come to petition, reflect on the same content or application signed by many people, the next person instructs them to appoint a representative to present or rewrite the application.

In the case of a petition or a complaint with a denunciation or complaint content, the next person shall guide the citizen to write a separate petition and reflection.

The above regulation is mentioned in Circular 06/2014/TT-TTCP and takes effect from December 15, 2014.
