The regime of allowance for people who are on duty to receive citizens
On December 14, 2016, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 320/2016/TT-BTC on the regime of remuneration for people who are responsible for receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, petitions and reflections. . Whereby:
- For the subjects in Clause 1, Clause 2, Article 21 of Decree No. 64/2014/ND-CP when on duty at the headquarters to receive citizens or reception places of citizens:

+ Fostering VND 100,000 / day / person if not yet receive job-related allowances

+ Fostering VND 80,000 / day / 1 person if being entitled to job-related allowances.

- For officials and public employees assigned or assigned to perform tasks at the Central Citizenship Headquarters, fostering VND 150,000 / day / person.

(In case of being entitled to allowance according to vocational training, VND 120,000 / day / person)

- Subjects prescribed in Clause 3, Clause 4, Article 21 of Decree No. 64/2014/ND-CP are entitled to fostering VND 50,000 / day / person.

Circular 320/2016 / TT-BTC takes effect from February 1, 2017 and applies to the 2017 budget year.
