This Resolution provides guidelines for some regulations of LCA on the entitlements and proceedings of Courts applied to arbitration; registration of arbitral awards.
This Resolution is passed by the Council of Judges of the People’s Supreme Court on March 20, 2014 and takes effect on July 02, 2014. Instructions provided by the People’s Supreme Court before the effective date of this Resolution are annulled from July 02, 2014.
