The list of products and goods likely to cause unsafety is under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2019.

This Circular replaces Circular 28/2017/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 25, 2017 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Issuing the List of products and goods which are likely to cause unsafety. under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

For products and goods without national technical standards or national standards, the inspection shall be conducted according to the establishment standards announced by establishments themselves until they have the national technical regulations or National standards issued are valid, not exceeding 12 months from the effective date of this Circular.

In cases where Vietnamese legal documents, regulations and standards referenced in this Circular are amended, supplemented or replaced with corresponding new documents, the new documents shall apply.
