Promulgated together with this Circular is the List of import and export goods in the field of printing and distribution of publications, including:
1. Appendix 01: List of goods according to HS codes and management forms for imported and exported goods in the field of printing.

This Circular takes effect from February 12, 2019 and replaces the following Circulars:
