This Circular prescribes the border gate for importing discarded materials permitted to be imported from abroad as production materials on the list prescribed by the Prime Minister.
This Circular does not apply to activities of temporary import, re-export, border-gate transfer and transit.
This Circular takes effect from February 22, 2019./.
