This Circular guides the contents prescribed in Clauses 4 and 6 of Article 98 of the Fisheries Law regarding the order and procedures for risk assessment and licensing of raw aquatic products not yet included in the List of permitted aquatic species. business in Vietnam for food, landscape, entertainment, exhibition at fairs, exhibitions, scientific research.

This Circular applies to organizations and individuals involved in the management, import, transportation, keeping, processing and use of imported live aquatic products not yet on the list of aquatic species. business license in Vietnam for food, landscaping, entertainment, display at fairs, exhibitions, scientific research in Vietnam.

This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2019.

2. This Circular replaces, repeals the following provisions and legal documents:

a) Replace Circular No. 11/2015 / TT-BNNPTNT dated March 10, 2015 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regulating risk assessment for imported live aquatic products for food.

b) Abolish the phrase "live seafood for food" in Clause 5, Article 1, Point b, Clause 6, Article 3, Article 33 of Circular No. 04/2015 / TT-BNNPTNT of February 12, 2015 of the Minister of Agriculture Industry and Rural Development on guiding the implementation of a number of contents of the Government's Decree No. 187/2013 / ND-CP of November 20, 2013, detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law regarding purchase and sale activities Internationalization and agent operations, trade, processing and transit of goods with foreign countries in the fields of agriculture, forestry and fisheries.
