This Circular prescribes the implementation of state inspection of food safety (hereinafter called inspection) for foods of export plant origin in the areas assigned to the Ministry of Agriculture and Development. to develop rural areas when required by importing countries.
The Regional Plant Quarantine Sub-Department and the Plant Quarantine Station at the border-gate are the state inspection agencies on food safety for foods of vegetable origin for export (hereinafter referred to as inspection agencies).
This Circular takes effect from February 22, 2019
