Change of place of application to recognize enterprises prioritizing customs procedures
This content is mentioned in Circular 07/2019/TT-BTC amending and supplementing Circular 72/2015/TT-BTC on the priority regime in implementing customs procedures for export and import goods Export of business.

Accordingly, enterprises wishing to apply the priority regime shall directly submit the application for recognition (paper copy) to the General Department of Customs to be considered for recognition of a priority enterprise.

(Current regulation is a dossier sent directly to the Customs Department of provinces, inter-provinces and centrally-run cities)

Within 30 days from the date of receiving the complete dossier as prescribed, the General Department of Customs will evaluate and conclude on the recognition of the priority enterprise and the complicated case may be extended but not more than 30 days.

In addition, additional provisions on the extension of preferential treatment for priority businesses have been added.

Circular 07/2019/TT-BTC takes effect from 28/01/2019.
