Records of quarantine, food safety inspection of imported plant origin
This is the highlight in Circular 34/2018 / TT-BNNPTNT amending and supplementing Circular 33/2014 / TT-BNNPTNT and Circular 20/2017 / TT-BNNPTNT of MARD. Whereby:
Dossiers of plant quarantine registration and food safety inspection of imported plant origin goods shall comply with Clauses 2 and 3, Article 6 of Circular 33 and Clause 2, Article 18 of Decree No. 15/2018 / ND-CP dated 02/2 02/2018.

In particular, the certificate of plant quarantine registration and food safety inspection of imported plant origin is in the form of Appendix Ia of Circular 34.

The order and procedures of plant quarantine and food safety inspection of imported plant origin comply with Article 7 of Circular 33 and Article 19 of Decree 15.

The certificate of plant quarantine and food safety inspection of imported plant origin is provided according to the form in Appendix IIa of Circular 34 in case:

- The shipment is not infected with plant quarantine objects and meets the requirements of imported food safety;

- The shipment is not subject to Vietnamese control or strange harmful organisms and meets the requirements of imported food safety;

Circular 34/2018 / TT-BNNPTNT takes effect from 01/01/2019.
