Technical corrections present the documents in Clause 1, Article 3 of Circular No. 07/2019 / TT-BTC of January 28, 2019 of the Minister of Finance amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 72/2015 / TT-BTC dated May 12, 2015 of the Minister of Finance prescribing the application of priority regimes in the implementation of customs procedures, customs inspection and supervision for export and import goods of enterprises are as follows:

In clause 1, Article 3 of Circular No. 07/2019 / TT-BTC printed:

"This Circular takes effect from January 28, 2019".

Now revised into:

"This Circular takes effect from March 28, 2019".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from March 28, 2019 and is an integral part of the Amendment of Circular No. 07/2019 / TT-BTC of January 28, 2019 supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 72/2015 / TT-BTC dated May 12, 2015 of the Minister of Finance regulating the application of priority regimes in the implementation of customs procedures, inspection and supervision customs for export and import goods of enterprises.
