Quang Ninh: 20 organisations to take specialised inspection have not connected to Single Window

Also according to representative of Quang Ninh Customs Department, this situation has occurred since the implementation of National Single Window Portal.

Through reviewing Quang Ninh Customs, as of May 7, there are 25 specialised inspection results of agencies and organisations which are pointed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Information and Communications, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Construction; three import licenses which have granted by specialized inspection agencies under the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development have not been implemented on the National Single Window Portal.

To reduce time, facilitate administrative procedures for businesses and cargo clearance, Quang Ninh Customs has sent a document to request the General Department of Vietnam Customs to issue exchange documents with ministries and branches to direct the agencies and organizations pointing to manage and specialised inspection to connect soon and implement the received and granted specialized inspection results or certificate on National Single Window Portal (according to the Decision No. 09 dated March 25, 2015 and Decision No. 1245 dated September 26, 2018 of the Prime Minister).
