On July 25, 2017, the Ministry of Health issued Circular 31/2017/TT-BYT on the List of products and goods which are likely to cause unsafe within the scope of management assigned by the Ministry of Health.
Accordingly, adding 04 contraceptives to the list of products and goods that are likely to cause insecurity under the management of the Ministry of Health, that is:
- Means of contraception used by transplant / transplant route;
- Means of contraception placed in the uterine chamber;
- Condoms and lubricants;
- Means of contraception paste on the skin, put, pump into the vagina.
At the same time, this Circular has abolished toxic herbal medicines from the list of products and goods that could cause unsafety in Circular 44/2011/TT-BYT dated December 6, 2011.
In addition, insecticidal and germicidal preparations on aircraft; Household disinfectant preparations ... are also listed on the list of goods potentially causing unsafe.
Circular 31/2017/TT-BYT will take effect from September 15, 2017.
