Specialized inspection of product quality for 37 types of goods

On May 20, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision 1325A / QD-BCT promulgating the List of goods (together with HS codes) to conduct specialized inspection under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Accordingly, the list of 37 categories of goods subject to specialized inspection of product quality of group 2 is promulgated. Including: Ammonium nitrate, whether or not in aqueous solution (HS code 3102.30.00); Prepared explosive, except explosive powder (HS code 3602.00.00); Semi-finished flame retardant wire; basic detonators (HS code 3603.00.10); Slow fire wire (HS code 3603.00.20); High pressure pipes with pressure resistance of not less than 42,000 psi (HS code 7304.39.20) ...

Besides, the decision also announced a number of products and goods subject to specialized inspection on the quality of paper towels and toilet paper such as: Toilet paper (HS code 4818.10.00); Handkerchiefs, tissues, wipes or wipes and towels (HS code 4818.20.00); Cellulose wadding or webs of cellulose fibers (HS code 4803.00.30) ...

The decision takes effect from the date of signing.

This Decision invalidates Decision 4755 / QD-BCT
