Application for granting permission to bring photographic works abroad for exhibiting purposes (Form 03 attached to the Circular No. 17/2012/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 27, 2012).

List of photographic works in Vietnamese (specify the order of work number, name of work, the author's name, material, dimension, quantity);
|

|
Sample images identical to the photographic works to be exhibited in terms of contents and notes and printed on a paper size of no less than 10x15cm or burnt to CD (image file with a size of 10x15cm and resolution of 300 dpi);

|
Letter of Invitation, notice, written agreement signed with of foreign partners and translated into Vietnamese
|

|
Photocopy of:
+ ID Card within effective validity (for Vietnamese individuals);
+ Passport within effective validity (for foreign individuals and Vietnamese individuals living overseas);
If the dossier is directly submitted, the original copy shall be presented for comparison; if it is submitted via the postal system, a notarized or certified copy shall be attached.

For nude photographic works with clear identities, a written agreement between the photographed and the photographer on the content and scope of publication of the photographic works shall be included in the dossier.

Process Steps
Step 1
|
The organization/individual applying for granting permission to bring abroad photographic works representing Vietnam for exhibiting purposes shall submit a dossier set via the postal system or directly at the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition.

Step 2
|
Within 07 days after receiving the sufficient and valid dossier of application, the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall grant the Permit.
|
Step 3
|
If a Board of Assessment is to be set up, the maximum time limit is 10 (ten) working days.
|
Step 4
|
After the permission has been granted, if there is any change in the contents specified in the permit, the organization/organization heading for exhibition is required to carry out permission granting procedures once again.
|
Step 5
|
The applying organization/organization shall receive the Permit at the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition.
|
Step 6
|
In case of refusal of permission, the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition shall reply in writting and clearly state relevant reasons.
