Revise the bases for carrying out procedures for granting and inspecting C / O form AK of Vietnam

On July 31, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular 13/2019 / TT-BCT on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 20/2014 / TT-BCT regulating the implementation of the Rules of Origin. in ASEAN - Korea Free Trade Area Agreement.

Accordingly, the procedures for granting and inspecting Certificate of Origin (C / O) of AK form of Vietnam will comply with Decree 31/2018 / ND-CP of the Government on stipulating expenditures. detail the Law on Foreign Trade Administration on the origin of goods; Circular 05/2018 / TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regulating the origin of goods; Appendix V issued together with Circular 20/2014 / TT-BCT.

In addition, Circular 13/2019 / TT-BCT also announces Appendix II issued together with Circular 20/2014 / TT-BCT and replaced with the new Appendix issued together with this Circular.

This Circular takes effect from September 13, 2019.
