In Circular 33/2017 / TT-BCT dated December 28, 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Trade amended and supplemented the HS codes of products and goods likely to cause unsafe under its management responsibilities. .

Specifically, the application of the new HS code for pre- and post-clearance inspection products includes: Industrial explosives (Prepared explosive, except for explosive powders; Semi-finished slow fire wire; Mechanical detonators copy); Machines and industrial-specific equipment (Information devices such as telephone sets, audio or visual signaling devices; electric wires, cables; chandeliers and other ceiling or wall light systems; high pressure pipes; Equipment for scaffolding, formwork, supports or pillars against pits; Types of containers used to hold all materials; Overheated steam boilers; Electric motors, Generators ...)

These new HS codes are issued according to Circular No. 65/2017 / TT-BTC, replacing HS codes in the List of products and goods issued together with Circular No. 29/2016 / TT-BCT dated 13 / 12/2016.

This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2018
