The General Department of Vietnam Customs suggested the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development coordinate to provide information for updating the Vietnam Trade Information - VTIP, to help people timely grasp information.

According to the General Department of Vietnam Customs, with technical support of the World Bank, the Ministry of Finance (the General Department of Vietnam Customs) has completed the construction of the VTIP (http: // vietnamtradeportal. gov.vn/) and went into operation on July 7, 2017. This user-friendly website publishes trade-related information including legal provisions for import and export goods and transit (legal regulations, license requirements), prohibition, restrictions, technical standards, hygiene and epidemiological requirements, tariff classification and sample documents. The information is aggregated and integrated to meet the requirements of enterprises when implementing trade-related legal obligations.

The General Department of Vietnam Customs proposed the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development study and implement propaganda and dissemination measures to provinces, cities, enterprises and people about China's border trade policy and requirements for imported goods to China to help businesses and people take the initiative in the process of farming, catching and exporting. Of that, there are coordination measures to provide information on the import policy of Chinese seafood products and guiding documents (if any) for the General Department of Vietnam Customs to update on VTIP. The measurement of propaganda and dissemination in time will support businesses and people in exporting goods to the Chinese market.
