From 2020, 32 types of scrap temporarily suspended from temporary import and re-export
The Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular 27/2019 / TT-BCT providing the list of scrap temporarily suspended from temporary import, re-export and border-gate trading business on November 15, 2019.
Accordingly, the List of scraps temporarily suspended from trading in temporary import for re-export and border-gate transfer business in this Circular replaces the List promulgated together with Circular 41/2018 / TT-BCT. New list added 05 types of scrap compared to the old list, namely:
Firstly, self-adhesive sheets, sheets, film, foil, tape, strip and other flat shapes, of plastics, whether or not in rolls (item 3919).
Second, other sheets, sheets, films, sheets and strip, of plastics, non-porous and not reinforced, not surface-mounted, not complementary or not otherwise combined with other materials (item 3939 ).
Third, plates, sheets, films, sheets and strip, of plastics (item code 3921) ...
In addition, the principles of using the List of scraps of temporary suspension of trading in temporary import for re-export and border-gate trading are as follows: In case of listing only 2-digit codes, all 8-digit codes of this Chapter are applied use; In case of listing only 4-digit codes, all 8-digit codes of this 4-digit group are applied; Where codes 3919, 3920, 3921, 3923.21 and 3923.29 of this List apply only to used goods.
This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2020.
