Temporarily suspending the business of temporary import of plywood into Vietnam for re-export to the United States

On November 12, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular 22/2019 / TT-BCT providing regulations on temporary suspension of trading in border-gate transfer and temporary import of plywood into Vietnam for re-export to the United States.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Industry and Trade decided to suspend import-export business activities temporarily imported into Vietnam for re-export to the United States for plywood products of heading HS 44.12 according to the List of exported and imported goods. Vietnam issued.

The circular takes effect from December 27, 2019 to December 31, 2024.
