On November 14, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular 25/2019 / TT-BCT on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 22/2016 / TT-BCT implementing the Rules of Origin of Goods. in ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement.

Accordingly, from the effective date of this Circular, procedures for issuance and inspection of C / O comply with Decree 31/2018 / ND-CP detailing the Law on Foreign Trade Administration on goods origin. Chemistry and Appendix VII issued together with Circular 22/2016 / TT-BCT.

This is a new regulation compared to Circular 22/2016 / TT-BCT, the procedures for issuing and inspecting C / O before comply with the provisions of Appendix VII issued with Circular 22/2016 / TT-BCT. and Circular No. 06/2011 / TT-BCT regulating procedures for granting preferential certificates of origin and Circular No. 01/2013 / TT-BCT amending and supplementing Circular No. 06/2011 /TT- BCT.

The circular takes effect from January 1, 2020.

This Circular amends and supplements Circular 22/2016/TT-BCT.
