1	Application for grant of license for processing export goods, clearly stating the contents prescribed in Article 20 of Decree No. 187/2013/ND-CP
2	Written certification of the regulatory Ministry.

Process Steps

Step 1	The enterprise shall submit via postal service 1 (one) set of dossier of application to the Export and Import Department - the Ministry of Industry and Trade (address: 54 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi).
Step 2	The Ministry of Industry and Trade shall check the validity and completion of the dossier. If the dossier is complete or valid, within 10 (ten) working days, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall grant the license.
Step 3	If the dossier is not complete or valid, or in case of refusing to grant the license, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall notify writing or via postal service of contents to be fixed or added to complete the dossier or state relevant reasons for refusal.
Step 4	The written certification for granting the license shall be sent via postal system.

Remark:

1. Simplifying the dossier component: To abolish the written certification of the specialized regulatory ministry.

2. Reduced the time taken to complete the procedure from 10 working days to 5 working days
