Process Steps
Step 1
|
The petrol and oil import and export enterprise shall submit via postal service one (1) set of dossier for registration of a minimum petrol and oil import quota for the subsequent year to the Ministry of Industry and Trade before November 15 of the current year.

Step 2
|
Within thirty (30) working days after receiving the enterprise’s dossier, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall assign a minimum petrol and oil import quota to the enterprise, depending on types of petrol and oil.
|
Step 3
|
If refusing to assign a minimum petrol and oil import quota to the enterprise, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall issue a written reply clearly stating relevant reasons.
|
Step 4
|
The written reply of the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall be sent to the enterprise via postal service according to the address in the application for licensing.
